فرصة العمر.. إيطاليا تبحث عن 100 سائق شاحنة مغربي لسد نقص حاد في القطاع

font-size: 19.48px;”>ويستهدف البرنامج تكوين 600 سائق شاحنة محترف موزعين بين المغرب ومصر، على أن يتم لاحقا تمكين ثلث هذا العدد، أي 200 سائق (100 سائق لكل بلد)، من الاستفادة من مسار تنقل فعلي نحو سوق الشغل الأوروبي. وبحسب تفاصيل المشروع، فإن السائقين الذين سيتم اختيارهم من المغرب سيتوجهون للعمل في إيطاليا تحديدا، في حين سيُهيَّأ السائقون المصريون للالتحاق بسوق الشغل في رومانيا.</span></p> <p class=”p2″ style=”margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;”>وستشمل مراحل المشروع استقطاب المرشحين وانتقاءهم، ثم التكوين التقني واللغوي، تليها عملية البحث عن مشغلين، فالتنقل المهني القانوني، ثم مواكبة الاندماج والتشغيل، وصولا إلى الحفاظ على استمرارية هؤلاء السائقين في مناصب شغلهم. كما سيستفيد السائقون المختارون من مواكبة مستمرة قبل وبعد انتقالهم إلى بلد الوجهة، بدعم من الاتحاد الدولي للنقل البري وشركائه المحليين.</span></p>
