font-size: 19.48px;”>وأوضح التهراوي خلال ندوة صحفية مشتركة مع وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عز الدين الميداوي، خصصت لتقديم مقتضيات وأهداف المرسوم رقم 2.26.342 المتعلق بوضعية طلبة كليات الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان في طور التكوين، أن هذا الإصلاح جاء نتيجة مسار طويل من النقاش والدراسات والتشاور مع مختلف الشركاء، مشيرا إلى أن فترة نحو سنة التي استغرقها هذا المسار هدفت إلى ضمان صيغة متفق عليها.</span></p> <p class=”p1″ style=”margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;”>واستعرض الوزير أبرز مستجدات المرسوم الجديد مشيرا إلى أن هذا الإصلاح عمل على وضع إطار قانوني واضح لمسار الطالب منذ دخوله الكلية وحتى التخرج، من حيث تحديد الحقوق والالتزامات والمسؤوليات لكل وضعية (متدرب ملاحظ، خارجي، داخلي، مقيم)، موضحا أنه قد تمت ملاءمة هذه الوضعيات مع نظام ست سنوات الجديد مع تعديل فترات المباريات ومدة كل وضعية.</span></p> <p class=”p1″ style=”margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;”>وبخصوص نظام التعاقد الإلزامي، أوضح الوزير أنه تم تحديد مدة الالتزام بالخدمة بالنسبة للأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الأسنان الاختصاصيين المتخرجين ضمن فوجي 2024 و2025 في ست سنوات، وذلك ابتداء من تاريخ التعيين. أما بالنسبة للأطباء المقيمين، يضيف الوزير، فقد تم تحديد مدة الالتزام، ابتداء من تاريخ التعيين، في ست سنوات بالنسبة لفوج 2026، وخمس سنوات لفوجي 2027 و2028، وأربع سنوات لأفواج 2029 و2030 و2031، مسجلا أنه ابتداء من سنة 2032 سيدخل النظام النهائي المحدد في ثلاث سنوات حيز التنفيذ.</span></p> <p class=”p1″ style=”margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;”>وبعد أن سلط الضوء على إشكالية توزيع الأطباء في القطاع العمومي التي يقدم التعاقد حلا لها، قال الوزير إن المملكة تجاوزت سنة 2025 المعدل الذي توصي به منظمة الصحة العالمية (23 طبيبا لكل 10 ألف نسمة) ليصل إلى 25 طبيبا لكل 10 آلاف نسمة، و45 طبيبا لكل 10 آلاف نسمة في أفق 2030.</span></p> <p class=”p1″ style=”margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;”>وسيمكن إصلاح النظام الأساسي لطلبة كليات الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان في طور التكوين، حسب المصدر ذاته، من إدماج 6641 طبيبا اختصاصيا إضافيا داخل القطاع العام في أفق سنة 2032، وفق التقديرات الاستشرافية، وذلك بفضل الرفع من الطاقة الاستيعابية للتكوين بنسبة 133 في المائة بين سنتي 2020 و2025. كما سيبلغ مردود المنظومة حوالي 2000 خريج سنويا في أفق سنة 2030، مقابل حوالي 1300 وفق النموذج السابق.</span></p> <p class=”p1″ style=”margin: 0px;
